Meet the Builder
A group of local residents gathered outside SDC鈥檚 main site offices.
Activity on-site at Univ North is moving forward at a dynamic pace and the Univ North vision can be seen coming to life in real-time.
Our Univ North construction contractors, SDC , held a recent Meet the Builder event for local neighbours to come and see the progress on site and hear more about what鈥檚 coming up next.
David Heard, Project Director, SDC, said:

鈥淚t was great to get another opportunity to show our local residents around. We understand the challenges of living next to a building site, and although we make every effort to keep people informed, it is always helpful to see up close what鈥檚 coming and when.鈥�
At the Meet the Builder event people were taken on a tour around the site. This included residents who live locally, as well as some who live in the Fairfield Residential Home (on the site), approximately 30 people in total.

鈥淭he evening went well. It was a great opportunity for us to demonstrate the progress we鈥檙e making, and I hope we can hold another event in the near future as the project continues. We鈥檙e very grateful to our neighbours for their continued engagement 聽and understanding during the Univ North build.鈥�
