Old Members’ Connecticut Reunion
On Saturday, 14 September, a group of Univ Old Members gathered for an inaugural lunch at the Union League Cafe in New Haven, Connecticut. The lunch was a warm and lively occasion, with six Old Members enjoying thoughtful conversation and a shared love for Univ.
Bob Jaeger (1965, BPhil Philosophy), who organised the event, shared his thoughts: 鈥淪ix of us had a very jolly lunch. We鈥檙e unusually intelligent and distinguished group! We had a room to ourselves, which made for easy and comfortable conversation. We discussed Univ, among other topics, and are already planning to meet again. If you haven鈥檛 responded yet, we鈥檇 love to have you join us next time!鈥�
The group hopes to expand and welcome more Univ Old Members to future gatherings.
