Payment & Returns

I try to the best of my ability to meet your expectations. If I fail to meet your expectations, I will happily refund your money on return*. However, I cannot offer refunds on items that have been personalized with a name or initials.

I will accept PayPal payments, checks, money orders (payable to JK Leather - please see our Contact page for mailing address). If paying by check, the check must clear the bank before I will ship the order, or begin work on the custom project.

If you are buying a premade item, payment for item plus shipping is due before shipment.

*I require a 50% non-refundable deposit on all custom orders. The remainder is then due before the order will be shipped.

All items personalized with name or initials must be paid in full before I will begin the project, as these items cannot be resold.
